Getting Comments on your Blog. Or not.
Read enough about blogging, and you’ll see posts, comments and questions that typically sound like this: “How can I get more comments on my blog?” “My blog must suck, no one ever leaves comments.” “So-and-so must be a better blogger than I am. He/she always get a ton of comments.” And so on and so forth. Just today yesterday on Active Rain (a large real estate network) there was a “featured post” titled, 10 ways to get more comments on your blog post. Short sale agents beware of new lawsuit
East Valley Team member Dean Ouellette talks about how a bad counter offer from a bank asking for way to much money is not always the banks fault. A “Housing Start” is a privately-owned home on which construction has started and, according to the Commerce Department’s October 2010 data, Housing Starts data dropped by nearly 12 percent as compared to September. The media jumped on the story, and its negative implications for the housing market overall. A sampling of the headlines included…Rest of Story…

My Seattle Blogs: Agents-If You Had To Apply For A Real Estate Job…Could You Meet The Minimum Requirements?
One of the more interesting things about being a Real Estate Professional is there is no real need to do any job searching. This lends itself initially to the reason so many tend to do so poorly in this industry…there’s little incentive or reward in getting the job! To further this thought, real estate agents actually interview the Broker! Agent doesn’t like the Broker…they find another. Fact is the unemployment rate in real estate is 0% isn’t it? You want a job in real estate…there are Brokers lined up around the…Rest of Story…
