Real Estate, Social Media and Real Time

I have been asked, “Why is Real time important in Real Estate.”
Glad you asked

Real time satisfies consumers’ need for (1) instantaneous knowledge, provides a (2) sophisticated level of customer service, and it does so, in a highly (3) transparent light.
These qualities translate well into facilitating relationships between real estate professionals and consumers:
(1) Instantaneous Knowledge: With the proliferation of real time social media tools, consumers want and are beginning to demand answers to their questions immediately. Despite the lengthy duration of a RE transaction, the process it littered with questions. Be prepared to answer them quickly.
(2) Sophisticated Level of Customer Service: Real time social media will ensure that RE professionals provide speedy service to their customers; otherwise, someone else will.
(3) Transparency: Real time conversation reveals character. I’m sure this is self explanatory for anyone who uses social media networking sites fairly often. You basically know whether someone is full of it or is jerk within a few minutes.
There you go. Real Estate in Real Time. Get connected, stay connected and you will start making connections.
